I’ve been a licensed Clinical Psychologist in California since 1982, having been involved in the field of psychology since being a telephone crisis counselor at University of California, Santa Barbara, in 1969. I have worked in group homes, inpatient and residential treatment settings, outpatient clinics, and as a practitioner in private practice. I obtained my BA in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara in 1972, and my MA and PhD in Clinical Psychology (with a minor in Developmental Psychology) from Michigan State University in 1980.
For over 30 years I have been specializing in the areas of child, adolescent, and adult psychological assessment and treatment. I also work in the area of divorce, including performing custody evaluations, providing therapy for children of divorce, mediation, co-parenting facilitation and serving as a Parenting Coordinator, reunification therapy, and consultation with parents and attorneys.
